Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Exchange Policy

ZALANI COLLECTION NX endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.


As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products that are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product is wrongfully delivered (product doesn’t match the item in the order confirmation) we are open to extending a full refund or re-fulfilling your order.

 

If the product has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect then we will recommend you take it to the nearest authorized service center.

 

We are not liable for any warranty claim.

Orders dispatched placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

In special cases where cancellation is allowed due to exceptional circumstances, a notification must be sent to our customer service email within 24 hours of placing the order. The final decision on cancellation will be made by Digital Zalani.

Please be advised that if you don't like the color or user interface of a purchased phone, cancellation is not permitted. All such preferences must be finalized before placing your order.

 

 

GENERAL

 

To return or exchange a product or report a damage in transit, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery:

 

by telephone at +91 9821398213 / +91 9821098210 between 11.00 AM to 6.00 PM IST

 

by email at eshop@zalaninx.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address, packaging image and package opening video of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

 

Check the products carefully once you receive them and mention any tampering of the package, missing item or damage/ breakage on the delivery receipt presented by the courier partner.

 

10-15 days TAT for Refund or replacement of wrongfully delivered or defective item(s). We will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

In exceptional cases, if the product is received in damaged condition by the buyer, inform us within 24 hours with the product image/video of unboxing. We will try our best to replace the item, shipping charges will be borne by the customer. If a replacement is not possible, then we will refund it.

 

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

 

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case-by-case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team


for prompt resolution.

 

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.


 

Products bought online cannot be exchanged or returned in-store.

 

Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

The item delivered is not what was ordered.

The item delivered is defective or damaged while in Transit.

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Items must be in the original packaging.

Items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Items not eligible for return:


Any item not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our

 

Any item that is returned more than [24hours] after delivery.

 

To request a refund, you must notify us by contacting our customer service team within 24 hours of order delivery. After this period, no refund requests will be entertained.

 

On successful processing of the refund, the amount will be credited back to the original method of payment within 7-14 business days, depending upon your bank's processing time.

 

Please be advised that if you don't like the color or user interface of a purchased device, cancellation is not permitted. All such preferences must be finalized before placing your order. No refund will be processed for the above-mentioned situation.

 

Please note that any online payment convenience charges, shipping costs, and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and any online payment convenience charges will be deducted from your refund.

 

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once  the returned product has been received by us and the product checked by us as per the claims made by the customer.

**Warranty**

 

The manufacturing warranty for all products will be provided by the authorized service center of the respective brand, as per the warranty terms and conditions of the manufacturer.

Digital Zalani is not responsible for any warranty claims. All warranty-related issues must be addressed directly with the authorized service center of the brand.

 

**Recommendations**


We highly recommend our customers to thoroughly check product specifications, color, user interface, and other features before placing an order. If you have any queries or need assistance with the same, please reach out to our customer service team.

 

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

 

In case of returns where you would like item(s) to be picked up from a different address, the address can only be changed if pick-up service is available at the new address.

 

During pick-up, your product will be checked for the following conditions:

 

Name/ image/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

 

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non- tampered quality check seals (wherever applicable).

 

The product's original packaging/ box should be undamaged.

 

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by us.

 

Recording a video of accepting the product and opening the product shall be recorded by the customer as a valid proof.

After all the points noted, the Zalani team will acknowledge whether the return initiated is done for genuine reasons or not.
